We didn't try the restaurants but the produce was really good. They have a great variety of home made pasta and they have a lot of sauces to accompany them. They have both dairy and gluten free options in the sauce selection. They also have gluten free bread and pizza flour. They also have their own sauces for sale but since they are fresh they need to be kept refrigerated so it may be hard to take if you have a long drive home.

Eataly is a great place to visit, full of energy and lots of food options. However, it’s always very crowded and unfortunately they don’t really have safe gluten-free choices. If you need a strict gluten-free meal, this might not be the best spot.
