Food is nice, if a bit pricey, but it's disappointing that a restaurant with so many gluten free options doesn't have procedures in place to minimise cross-contamination. You've gone to the effort of offering gluten free chips and schnitzels, but put everything in a shared fryer with gluten items. No separate toaster for gf bread. Fine if you're gluten intolerant, but not so much for coeliacs. For the sake of $10 you could have a separate toaster for gf bread, and just have one fryer for gluten free and one for gluten. The restaurant has the potential to be a great place for coeliacs, but has unfortunately fallen short.
