I had breakfast/brunch here this morning with my daughter. I had the mushrooms on toast and my daughter had eggs Benedict. The mushrooms on toast was delicious and was a good filling portion. I was able to get gluten free toast. My daughter enjoyed the eggs Benedict. We were very happy with our choice of Ebb and Flow for breakfast today. I would be happy to return here when I am in Dublin again.

The place is small, but cozy. The food is very good, although we had gone because we read on different websites that they have gluten-free options and THEY DON'T. What they do is not include bread in the dish you choose, so there are no gluten-free options.
