Amazing experience! On opening night and it ran like a seasoned restaurant. JJ took impeccable care of us and knew the gluten free items off the bat, which is a large portion of the menu. The food was perfectly balanced and well thought out. We ordered the veg salad, crudo, tartare, filet and scallop risotto, brown butter ice cream to finish. My husband loved the crudo and the filet with those amazing potato flowers the most. I was floored by the delicate squid ink risotto with the perfect scallops, veg salad with horseradish creme fraiche dressing, and the filet the most. But it was all so amazing...that I forgot to take pics of half of it. Lol
