I have to write a review for my fellow celiac and gluten-free people, this place was a gem. They had clearly marked gluten-free menu items, including gluten-free fries! When I ordered my burger with no bun (they do have gluten-free buns but I prefer without), The waitress asked if I was celiac. When I said yes, she said she would make sure the kitchen changed gloves and followed proper procedures. I was so grateful and surprised, this is definitely an outlier in the gluten-free eating experience. The food was delicious to boot. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Great place to stop! Bison Burger with semi curly fries and my spouse had the gluten free bun (nice bun!) salmon sandwich. Sauces are homemade (even the ketchup) and very flavorful, and their bread brews are great representatives of each style I tried. Highly recommend.
