You haven't lived until you've had the LI Roasted Duck pizza! I am celiac and the gluten-free pizza crust was hands-down the best pizza crust I've ever had...it was so good, I had to double-check with the server that it was actually GF. As a TOTAL bonus, the crust reheated crispy. I will dream about this pizza and hope to have it again one day (I live in MD). Great atmosphere and service too!
