Ordered a few gluten free cakes from vegan bakery Edible Flours. - Green velvet ($60.00 for 6" GF) - best of the three. Decent matcha flavour - Raspalicious ($60.00 for 6" GF) - texture lacking, mute flavour. Wanted more raspberry - S'mores ($60.00 for 6" GF) - bland EF's cakes are nowhere close to the quality of the other, better GF bakeries in town.

Great spot, and better than most other dairy-free/gluten-free baking in Vancouver. Their vegan cakes + cupcakes are especially good - about as close as you can get to a dairy cake in terms of texture and flavour

I went the other day for the first time, I was excited because I have a friend that can’t eat any gluten and I wanted to get her a small chocolate cake, so I ordered the GF Chocolate and cream cheese, I wanted to leave my review because thee we’re some down sides that doesn’t want to pushes to order again and I think you can improve on. I think I was expecting the cream more cheese flavour and instead it was more like a candy cotton and a bit sugary, texture was awesome though. And for the chocolate cake I think the texture is still not there, and needed some of the sugar of the cream on it and maybe more chocolate flavour. I hope this reviews helps and we can keep coming back in the near future!
