Edo Higan Sushi & Stone

We had a wonderful experience at Edo Higan at the Park Meadows mall. They have such a big variety of rolls that can be made gluten free. The waiter was knowledgeable ans super helpful as my hub also can’t have a trace of cilantro on his food and they acommodated that as well. Y’all….the yellowtail scallion roll was absolutely amazing. The fish melted in my mouth 😲 what kind of sorcery is that? You can tell they use super fresh high quality ingredients and they don’t add a lot of rice to the rolls. I only wished this place was closer to my house as we drove like 50min 1 way 😬 to get there. Well maybe is good that is not close or I would go broke 🤭 The imported sake was also amazing.

We went here with friends last week. I had never been here. We got the Titanic Sushi boat! It was the perfect amount for 4 of us. Our server was awesome! I'm sorry I forget her name but she was super sweet and funny. We were also able to get the sushi boat completely gluten free and as I said it was great!
