Our first visit to Edo and it was wonderful! My fiance and I both have dietary restrictions (vegan) and it was wonderful to see an entire portion of the menu dedicated to vegan and gluten free items. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was modern and filled with an artist's work. We got the vegan mad hatter roll, spicy tofu ramen and the pancin bihon, all together it was around 60 bucks which is a little pricey but everything is right now and they give you a ton of food. Everything was delicious and we can't wait to be back to try the veggie volcano roll and vegan mochi 😋

My husband LOVES these ramen bowls. I swear he dreams about them. I’ve only ever ordered sushi and it’s never disappointed! I love that i can order the sushi gluten free and they carefully take care of the order.
