My wife and I went in for brunch on a Thursday around 11 AM. It wasn't too busy, and we were seated right away. There were several waiters, but it didn't seem like they had much to do. One of them came over to take order, and I decided on the gluten-free pancakes and my wife an omelet. However, it took an unusually long time for the orders to arrive. When the pancakes finally came, the server forgot to bring the syrup. She said she would return with it, but never came back. I tried to get someone’s attention, but no one seemed to notice. A few of the staff were chatting near the bar area. I was hungry, so I started eating the pancakes without syrup.
Halfway through my meal, my wife finally managed to get someone's attention, and another server brought me the syrup. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake—just indifference. The customer service was disappointing, to say the least. As for the food, it wasn’t anything to write home about either. We won’t be returning to this place.
