Excellent place, very good food, in my case the gluten-free carbonara 1954 was a spectacle, not to mention the appetizer and dessert Ovo Sodo with white chocolate, Greek yogurt and a compote of exotic fruits inside. All really delicious! I recommend 🫶

The place is in the heart of Trastevere, in front of the former Cinema America, so this alone makes it special. The menu is super studied and interesting, if I could I would have taken everything, every type of carbonara, every type of egg. They have gluten-free options and what you will find is basic but rich and sophisticated at the same time. I took a gluten-free Boscaiola carbonara, that is, with porcini mushrooms. Simply spatial.
