Eggs-Up Family Restaurant

Imagine including the word “eggs” in the name of your restaurant and having no idea how to cook them. 🫩 This was my first time getting food here. I ordered an omelette and they somehow managed to burn the egg excessively on both sides while not melting any of the cheese. It was inedible. I tried to eat some from the center but gave up. The veggies inside were basically raw but I kind of like crisp veggies in an omelette so that didn’t bother me. The home fries were ok and the sausage and toast were ok….. I ate that so I wouldn’t be hungry but I’m low carb and gluten free and planned to only eat the omelet, so it’s definitely going to ruin my day. 🫣 Turn down the temp on the flat top ffs. Gross

They have a gluten friendly menu, but as a highly sensitive celiac, I’ve never had an issue. They even can make gluten free pancakes and sometimes will offer gluten free muffins. The only place we go for breakfast.
