So excited to have 8 Cow in Ridgefield. We all loved our flavors and enjoyed sitting outside with our treats. We will definitely bring our gluten intolerant family member for a visit. They had so many options for people with varied diets. We also received a loyalty punch card and I'm sure we will have no problem filling it!

We always have the best experience here. The atmosphere is inviting with the tall ceilings and windows and the staff are always friendly. My kids love all the various highland cows through the shop. But the ice cream is the real star here! We can’t thank the owners enough for offering more than a few gluten free options!
