A cute ice cream parlor with uniquely delicious ice creams, located in the very center of Bonn, on the street next to the Stadthaus building. By the way, the ice creams are gluten-free and they also have gluten-free cones. Affordable price, great taste... what more could you ask for?

To be honest, I don't understand the hype about the "ice lab".
Was there with a companion, 2x2 balls + 1x gluten-free croissant €8.70
That was the first and last time. Maybe I forgot about it next year and we pay €10... for 4 scoops of ice cream.
I think in the long term it will be Ben & Jerry's or Tim Mälzer's ice cream.
