The best ice cream for miles around – and it's lactose-free, gluten-free, and organic! We visited the ice cream parlor today and were absolutely thrilled. This small but very fine ice cream parlor impresses not only with its cozy atmosphere, but above all with its outstanding quality. The owner is super friendly, and you can immediately feel the love and passion that goes into making it. We were particularly impressed that all the ice cream is lactose-free, gluten-free, and organic – unfortunately, that's rare these days, but a huge plus for us! My husband had a pistachio cup – it was simply heavenly: creamy, nutty, and incredibly delicious. I chose the melon, pineapple, and multi-vitamin flavors. All three were extremely delicious, but I would especially like to highlight the pineapple – it's sourced from Italy and was a real explosion of flavor. I've never tasted such an authentic, fruity pineapple in ice cream form before. My absolute highlight, however, was the multi-vitamin – I've never tasted anything like it before. Fruity, fresh, perfectly balanced – simply sensational! The price-performance ratio is also absolutely spot on. Anyone looking for truly exceptional ice cream that's also made sustainably, healthily, and with the finest ingredients should definitely stop by here. From now on, this is definitely our first choice when it comes to ice cream!

Super-delicious ice cream, everything gluten-free except the cone, but I'm sure there's a good option there too. My favorites are lemon and white chocolate... a dream. They have gluten-free rolls, brioche, etc. The owner is super nice and friendly... keep it up 👍

Yesterday, I stumbled upon the ice cream parlor in the old town by chance and was thrilled to discover individually wrapped, gluten-free ice cream cones! When I asked about the gluten-free ice cream cone, the question immediately arose as to whether I had celiac disease or just wanted to avoid gluten. The staff members are very knowledgeable (the owner is also celiac :)) and scooped the ice cream with a separate scoop and only opened it after washing my hands. ALL flavors are gluten-free (even the tiramisu), super delicious, and they even had a gluten-free ice cream cake. A shelf on the wall also offered Italian, gluten-free baked goods (croissants, brioche, cookies, etc.), which both the owner and the staff swear by 🤭 Everyone was really super nice, and as a celiac, I really recommend it :)
