El Alambre Mexican Food - Millard

The people are super nice, the restaurant is clean, and the food is delicious! It is a super small place, so maybe not great for groups wanting to dine in- that's the only downside I can come up with for this place. I am gluten intolerant and everything GF on the menu is clearly labeled. This is such a rarity at a Mexican restaurant, and it was wonderful to be able to order without fear of gluten misunderstandings. The details are always what makes an experience great, and my favorite small detail here is that they carefully wrap each little taco in paper. It's the first time I've ever seen that done, and I wish every taco place would do it - it was much less messy to eat and all the filling stayed in the tortilla!

Great food, celiac in the family of ownership, very aware of gluten free. I go here regularly, and have always been fine. One of Omaha’s great hidden secrets!
