I give this rating because overall this is a great place to eat, however the gluten free menu options are not actually a gluten free option as one would expect or anticipate. Instead of supplying an alternate gluten free bread item they are simply omitting the item to make it gluten free. To me this changes the dish and isn't being as forthcoming and helpful to the customer base with omitting over substitution.

Good menu. Our waiter, Cord, took extra care to make recommendations for my gluten free dietary needs. I felt very special! Thank you! And I recommend the “Fromosa” with brunch!
