El Matador-Autentica Comida Mexicana

This was my first time. So I requested 3 Gourmet tacos that were his favorite. The freshly handmade tortillas were amazing! The filling was excellent, with a ton of flavor! I got both hot and mild salsa.. The hot had just the right amount of heat, enough to let you know its there, but not so much you can't taste anything. The mild was like it suggests, but had exceptional flavor. The absolute best tacos I've had in a while, and that's saying a lot. Additionally, I told him I'm Celiac, so he made sure to make my food keeping it Gluten-free. Thank you. I'll be back every time I'm in town!

Amazing! This food truck is SO delicious, SO friendly. They offer samples of different things they're cooking like their delicious chorizo and strawberry drink. The food was so good! Wish we lived Close by. Good prices. Gluten free options. Outdoor covered seating. They cater!!!
