Celiac’s Review: Normally Mexican restaurants are very gluten free friendly. El Rancho has a MASSIVE menu and certainly has some items that don’t contain any gluten. But, the kitchen / waitress didn’t give us confidence that cross contamination wasn’t occurring. We trusted them after asking a few other questions. We were pleased to hear that their corn chips are made fresh in their own fryer, separate from gluten containing items.
