I have celiac disease, we were looking for a place to stop to eat on the way and we saw that El 51 del Sol was validated by the association (ACECALE). We found their menu attractive, so we called and made a reservation for 2, indicating that I have celiac disease. Except for the croquettes, the entire menu of starters and dishes is gluten-free, although we must always warn that we are gluten-free so that they take extreme precautions in preparation. In fact, when we arrived, the table was prepared for 4 people, with gluten-containing bread, and not only did they remove the leftover plates and bread, but they also changed my plate, napkins, and cutlery for clean ones. They gave me gluten-free toast. All the staff is very friendly and the food is delicious: it feels homemade and with very good quality products. Many thanks for everything.
