It's a shame that such an important place for a celiac has such an unpleasant assistant. I've been buying there for years and she hasn't had a pleasant expression on her face or shown any kindness. There have been several times when I've left wanting to never come back, but given the lack of competition at this type of bakery and the delicious quality of the products... I've decided to go back. This year the mona was hard, I said so. They told me the dough came out like that, which I understand, but not a single detail about the poor quality of the product? Also, a friend told me that they once let her try a pastry, and since I've been buying there for years, it seems I have to ask permission to go in and buy something, hahaha. If they continue like this, people will stop going. Customers are served with a minimum of kindness.

This is our first time in this business since we're from out of town, and of course our last. I'm sharing my experience and, of course, that of my colleagues. It turns out, as I mentioned, we're from out of town, and this was our first time in Albacete. This morning, Sunday, May 18, 2025, before returning home, we decided to pick up some traditional sweets like Miguelitos. We started ordering 6 each (there were 3 of us). And the owner/saleswoman told us she couldn't give us all the ones we wanted because I personally wanted some more to take home to my family. I mean, I go to your store to buy some, and you have the nerve to tell me I can't leave her without Miguelitos, that next time I'd have to reserve them because they're gluten-free. And how do you know if I'm celiac? The arrogance with which she treated us because we wanted to spend a lot of money on her business is impressive. IMPRESSIVE. We couldn't take so many Miguelitos that we'd leave her without any merchandise. Ha ha ha. Also, the sign that says it bothers them that they ask if the merchandise is from today? WHAT? As a consumer, I have every right to ask if what I'm about to eat is from today, yesterday, or tomorrow. THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT WORTH BEING BEHIND A COUNTER. THIS LADY IS ONE OF THEM. I DON'T BELIEVE THAT 100% OF THE PRODUCT SHE DISPLAYS IS MADE THE SAME DAY. THERE MAY BE THINGS THAT ARE, BUT I'M SURELY SOME THAT ARE NOT. We were a group of 96 people, and only 3 of us entered. Right away, and of course, we spoke in the group so that they wouldn't even think of stopping by that store.
