This place is a gem. We go every time we are up that way. Service is always excellent. Friendly staff especially Carolina. And the food comes out quickly and is always delicious.
You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. As a bonus they have a good variety to accommodate those who need gluten-free options.

This is Park City's best Mexican food. Fresh food, casual, well ran, large salsa bar (20 options or so), imported sodas plus domestic. Tasty Horchata. Serves beer. Kid friendly. Expect a line but it moves fast, seating is crowded but you are here for the food not the ambiance. Some outdoor seating (fine for dogs) and plenty of parking. Has a "to-go" shop a few doors down. Lots of gluten free options and they serve breakfast burritos.
