I opted for the vegetarian tacos de aire, a gluten-free dish featuring corn tortillas. The serving was generous, loaded with cauliflower, carrots, avocado, refried beans, onions, and green peppers atop fried corn tortillas.
This is the 6th location for El Cubilete which opened just two months ago. It occupies a formerly inconspicuous cinder block building, now painted with vibrant colors.
For an authentic Mexican meal, I highly recommend this spot.
