El Gato Azul

One of our favorite lunch/dinner spots. They are "gluten free friendly". It is a tiny kitchen so cross contamination is essentially a given. They fry their chips in fresh oil at the beginning of every day, after that, they become a shared fryer for all of their gluten foods. I have Celiac (quite sensitive) and have never had a huge reaction. I will get some bloating on some occasions but that is it.

One of my best friends and I very much enjoyed a delectable lunch at this fun and eclectic eatery serving Southwestern and Mediterranean cuisine. They are vegetarian friendly and have vegan options and gluten-free options. You definitely want to make a reservation for lunch or dinner as they are always busy and it is Dine In Only, No takeout. We both ordered the Sangria which was perfectly made. My friend ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad with grilled chicken breast, shredded cabbage, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, pico de gallo, black bean salad, toasted garlic olive oil and fresh lime juice. She loves this salad! I chose the Fried Goat Cheese Salad. It consisted of toasted almonds, Granny Smith apples, dried blueberries and cranberries, shredded cabbage with a cider Vinaigrette and balls of fried goat cheese and a taste of honey. It was so delicious!😋. They offer Homemade Desserts but we declined due to being full. Our server, Nia, was outstanding and provided us with excellent service❣️. Will definitely be going back to this place to check out their dinner menu as well. It was a wonderful experience and I look forward to going again soon 👍👍👍👍👍
