El Gaucho in Aruba was one of our favorite dining experiences! The focus on high-quality meats is evident, and the portion sizes are generous. We highly recommend the Argentine Grill and the flavorful lamb chops. While they offer gluten-free options, it's crucial to inquire about potential cross-contamination, as fryers may be shared and some sauces may contain gluten. We found the Avocado Salad to be underwhelming. However, the grilled corn on the cob was a delicious side dish. Overall, El Gaucho offers a memorable dining experience with exceptional meats.
