Impeccable service. The food and drinks are so delicious. I highly recommend the crispy maple pork belly! Gluten free options available, so I was thrilled!

We were nervous about dining out to celebrate my birthday as we had not had the best experience doing so in the area. Upon arrival, the hostess was welcoming and friendly, and the staff members who walked by as we waited for our table kindly greeted us. Our table was beautifully set and the handwritten birthday card and rose petals were astounding. Our server, Gregory, was superb. He was gracious and well-versed in the menu, particularly with my gluten-free needs due to Celiac Disease. His recommendations were helpful and appreciated. Gregory was immensely attentive throughout our meal, from starters to dessert, while still allowing us to enjoy the night and time together. He honestly made our decision to dine out a memorable one. Staff members were kind and polite as they thanked us for coming in and wished me a happy birthday on the way out. The valet attendant was just as lovely and courteous. El Gaucho Tacoma truly made my 40th birthday a special one and my husband and I are grateful for a rare gratifying night out. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and appreciated. It means more than you know.
