I suffer from a very severe allergy to gluten, and after ordering, one of the waiters checked the kitchen to see if anything I had ordered contained wheat. When it turned out it did, another employee came to tell us that it turned out I couldn't eat it. However there extremely respectful and understanding of my condition. They cared enough to make sure I didn't get sick from accidentally consuming something with gluten, and we're extremely kind and apologetic through our the whole process. I don't know if all the servers are like this, but from my experience, easy five star service. One thing to know not however, is that there are some dishes that you'd assume wouldn't have gluten, so make sure to ask.
