We were staying in Bilbao, and since we didn't want to go into the Plaza Nueva, we wanted to try the famous pintxos. I have to say that my wife is celiac, and we always go to places that offer this option for sure. A very pleasant surprise in her case. They only had 4-5 pintxos, but they were very good. In my case, since I'm not celiac, I was able to try several, giving them a 100 because a 10 falls short of the crab and the peanut-coated Leon blood sausage. Spectacular, I'm eager to try them all!!! We'll definitely be back. I recommend it without a doubt.

We went there, as they had recommended the Txangurro pintxo, but they were all very good. There are options for gluten-free pintxos (a small selection) and some, like the foie gras pintxo, made with gluten-free bread. Place to burst!
