Spectacular food (vegan and gluten-free), you can see the farm before eating, and the atmosphere and staff are very welcoming. Without a doubt, a unique experience that I highly recommend.

Super fantastic. Apart from eating everything without gluten or anything animal. The treatment is excellent and they have it very well organized. They are fast and the atmosphere is wonderful.

You are invited to take a relaxed walk around the small but beautifully appointed herb and vegetable garden after which your are seated and presented with the menu and compact list of wines, mainly from local Canary Islands vineyards. Offering a monthly rotating set tasting menu, this El Invernadero exudes authenticity and a genuine passion for culinary creativity. Embracing plant-based and gluten-free options using mainly what grows in their garden, it's a celebration of simplicity and seasonal abundance, free from any airs of pretension.
