A few days ago I was in San Juan and went to dinner, when we arrived we found out that it is a place where almost 80% of the preparation is its own and many dishes are suitable for vegans and celiacs. I tried dishes like beet fussille with caramelized carrots and delicious almond sauce, foods that one is not usually used to. An unmissable experience
