Waiters were rude and unfriendly. When asking about a dish being gluten free he shrugged pulled a face and after more questions went to ask the chef. But came back with a sarcastic response. Ordered a side salad with specific ingredients omitted due to allergies. Instead just put it all on and when asked if it could be changed a new one was basically chucked on the table at us. Took ages to get served and when we were they were miserable and acted like you were an inconvenience. I could understand if it was busy and a stressful moment but it was 21.30 so rush hour service had finished essentially. Nicest person was the lady at the end of the meal who gave us a lil refresher which was nice-Prosecco and lemon. I wouldn’t go back again again and give that franchise our money.
