The nachos are great, I got them a few times during my stay. They offer gluten-free options, which is great for my wife. The gluten-free chicken tenders, pizza, and Mickey Waffles are all pretty good. Got the spanish rice based chicken bowl, the cheese pizza, and a pumpkin latte here, all good!

They do have allergen info! I’m gluten free for medical reasons and hadn’t been able to get GF breakfast in Magic Kingdom. We stopped here before a day at EPCOT just to see if there were any options. I asked a cast member who brought me to a chef who knew the options and prepared my plate for me. Food quality wise I mean it’s hotel cafeteria-style breakfast hence the four stars but cost was reasonable for Disney.
