El Molino del Sureste

I would recommend this place to anybody who needs to be gluten free as they have a completely dedicated gluten-free kitchen. If you want authentic, this place has it and it is really good with lots of different choices. The bathrooms are large and accessible, the bar has a beautiful atmosphere and plenty of seating. They have plenty of seating, staff are very attentive. I never ran out of water, or ice for my other drinks, they are also very knowledgeable about their menu and if you tell them what your specific diet is, what might be the most go-to option or which ones to avoid. I have not sat down in a restaurant and had that great of service in a long time and so it was refreshing. They have plenty of outdoor seating as well if it's a nice day, If you go to St. Louis, this is a must-go-to spot.

10/10 an exemplary experience. Well thought out dishes and incredibly knowledgeable staff who were also very allergy conscious. And the menu is 100% gluten-free!

Tasty food. Different flavors and composition from other Mexican restaurants. Homemade tortillas and masa-based items were great. Great vegetarian and gluten free options.
