Ugh, tremendous skewers of many varieties of tortilla, you can't leave without trying the black pudding and the ear one!!!
They also make gluten-free bread!!!

We found it by chance since it is in an alley without an exit. As its name indicates, you have to order an omelette, but yes, they have all kinds of omelettes. The tortilla is served to you in portions with a piece of bread. I have to note that they were kind enough to change the bread for gluten-free bread. It took them a long time to serve us but the restaurant was full. The atmosphere is good although very noisy.
