El Pollo Loco

This El Pollo Loco is on West University Ave. and McColl, in front of the Lowes Home Improvement store. The building is relatively new and is well maintained, clean, and has a quiet, relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere. El Pollo Loco is famous for their grilled chicken, salsas, delicious sides, and a variety of dishes entrees starting their chicken; burritos, tacos, chicken bowls, salads, soups, family platters, etc. It's one of the few places that have multiple gluten-free options (I found out since I have a family member allergic to gluten). The young lady who took my order was friendly, courteous, and patient while I asked questions. The food really is delicious. It's fast food, but real food, with lots of healthy options at reasonable prices. My family and I really enjoy it and think you will too.
