I've gotten the gluten free enchiladas (with the gluten free green sauce) several times and the steak Rinconcito. The staff is very accommodating for celiac and very friendly! I've never been glutened and they change their gloves/make sure it's a clean area for food prep.

I must say that the El Rinconcito people know the importance of being gluten free. Our waiter guided us through GF options and we were delighted.
