Celiac-friendly! The dough (whether tacos, burritos, or nachos) is made with tapioca. The tacos are more Mexican fajita-style, but delicious! The service is excellent!

They offer gluten-free food (without tacc or suitable for celiacs) we had dinner trusting that they did it responsibly and it made us very bad, we were sick shortly after eating. I don't recommend it!!!!!!!!!
