El Torito Taqueria y Mas

Favorite authentic Mexican restaurant in area! We love the welcoming and accommodating staff. Lots of options, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free, which is unusual at many similar restaurants. Happy hour is great and the house margaritas are THE BEST (actually, all the margs we’ve tried there are great, I recommend the tamarindo). You can also get marg to-go which is convenient. Authentic street tacos, including lengua & tripas. Classic hearty soups to go if you feel under the weather. Portions are big and prices are fair.

So good!! Have driven by El Torito for what feels like so many years, and just tried it out today. Got a pickup order and it was ready right away, and everything tasted great. The tacos were delicous! Tried the asada, carnitas, pastor, tripas, and pollo tacos. They were all very good, and the meat was super juicy and flavorful. Salsas were great too (habanero was balanced and super spicy, and the chipotle was sweet, hot, and smokey). Happy to have found a place in the area to get tasty gluten and dairy free tacos. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!!
