Element

Element is one of our favorite restaurants. We live 40 minutes away, and make the drive without question. The menu is limited, but there is plenty to accommodate any taste palate. Our server Katherine is amazing every time. She remembers us and I never have to remind her that I'm gluten free. She is always very cheerful, pleasant and helpful, and I see her that way with all of the other tables as well. I love the dim lighting. It makes the atmosphere cozy and romantic. We travel a lot, and my husband always orders steak... and every time he says, "It's good, but it's not Element good." This place is outstanding and you don't want to miss it!

Comfort food cooked to perfection, with hearty portions. Element offers a variety of Gluten-Free choices. Particularly tasty was the pan roasted chicken and the salmon. Element is popular among locals, so you know it’s good.
