Elevate on Fiorella

What a beautiful experience. We celebrated our 32nd anniversary at Castroville’s newest and only upscale restaurant. Chef James and his team prepared an exquisite meal, drinks, & desert and topped it off with great service from the waiter team. My tenderloin request was medium rare and it was evenly cooked to perfection. The crab cake and caper sauce was a great balance to the tenderloin. My old fashioned, The Elevate, was perfect. If you’re gluten free, the flourless chocolate cake is a nice finish to the meal, but I look forward to having the bourbon pudding on my next visit. The seating is limited, so make a reservation a head of time, so you’re assured of getting seated.
