Hit Elevation 486 recently for lunch with the Gluten Free wife. This is our 2nd time here ever for lunch. We mainly went so we could sit outside on the patio, but were informed the patio was closed (never given a reason), pretty disappointing but we decided to stay since we already spent :20 waiting for the table. We arrived right before noon and were amazed how crowded it was. We are in our fifties and we were almost certainly the youngest guests.
The SO had the turkey club on GF bread, she said it was as good as gluten free bread can be, and I guess the fries were on point.
I had the Reuben and paid a little bit more for the battered greenbeans at our server's suggestion.
The Reuben was pretty darn good, though the sauerkraut seemed more like shredded cabbage and nothing like sauerkraut, but everything else on the sandwich was awesome. The greenbeans were "interesting", I am happy I gave them a try, but doubt I'd order them again as they just didn't light my fire. Very crispy, but ultimately not for me.
Nice looking bar and bar area with a good beer & whiskey selection. I think we would come back just for evening drinks the next time we are in town. We will probably give their dinner a try when we spend the night in TF again.
