Ate here in Phnom Penh and enjoyed it so much that I decided to eat here in Siem Reap as well. Gluten free options are marked on the menu as well as how they need to be modified to make them gluten free. I opted for the vegan/gf version of the atharmas which was eggplant, zucchini, and potatoes in a tomato sauce. You can substitute the pita bread for fries which makes it gluten free. I forgot to ask about a shared frier so would suggest clarifying with them. Service was great, had multiple people check in during my meal. Really enjoyed the dish, and def recommend.
