We had Elizabeth's Pizza cater an event Sat Mar 23, and they were wonderful to work with. Service was great. They even had gluten free pizza!

The Elizabeth Pizza on Bridford Pkwy is unique. Owners of this particular branch offer a fuller gluten-free menu. Other branches offer store-bought GF penne to replace any pasta dish on the menu and a gluten-free pizza crust that is not on par with Elizabeth's high standard. Elizabeth Pizza on Bridford Pkwy offers GF Sub sandwiches prepared in flavorful and soft GF buns. I have not found any other sub shop in town that offers a good gluten free hot sub sandwich.
