I recommend Elliot Bay Public House add more vegetarian and gluten -free options to their menu to remain competitive with similar businesses in the Pacific Northwest. The physical space has a good vibe but after they removed the Sweet Potato Gaufrettes from their menu I rarely go back.

Great service. I mean, really excellent. One of us has to be gluten free, and our waitress was well informed and able to steer her to safe options. We were a party of six, and she did not need to write any of our food or drink orders down. She explained that she has a great memory. No kidding! Our glasses were generously filled. Everyone was happy with their food, too.
