A perfect place for gluten-free food. One of the best burgers I've ever eat. The waiter is very nice!

Once again, a bad order... I'm stubborn because Ellis is one of the few burger restaurants to offer gluten-free (thanks for that)... We order regularly and systematically, and an item is missing. We warn them to "read the order carefully" and then report the missing items... it's the same story over and over again. We don't know what to do anymore. Should we stop going to this restaurant and not recommend it to our loved ones?
