Ellison's of Low Fell

Had an early 9am booking here today with a large group. This was my first visit and it’s a lovely welcoming place. We were seated upstairs and once all had arrived our drinks orders were taken. The staff explained to bear with her as she was on her own but I didn’t notice an excessive delay. The brunch menu is extensive and it was hard to pick. I also appreciated the fact gluten free options were available. I went with the steak. This was beautifully cooked and the poached eggs perfect. The only let down in my eyes was the sourdough which didn’t quite hit the mark however this may be just personal taste. I will be returning to sample more of the menu.

Beautiful coffee shop, the staff were all very friendly. Excellent quality tea and coffee. The baked goods looked fantastic! Disappointed that there were no gluten free baked goods available. The menu looked fantastic, will have to return for brunch. Clean and lovely atmosphere.
