We had the most exquisite dining experience at Elm Dining to celebrate my sister Sue’s birthday. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly by Zhan who acknowledged Sue’s birthday and showed us to a lovely table next to the window. The excellent service continued through the evening, and was the best I have experienced at any restaurant in Australia or overseas in all my 62 years! The food was exceptional - from the baked Brie starter and homemade lavosh to the perfectly cooked scotch fillet, duck baked potatoes and spring pea salad. We finished with delicious desserts and a surprise candle lit chocolate treat for Sue’s birthday. Sue is Coeliac and they catered wonderfully to this. The atmosphere and ambience is second to none and our evening at Elm was the highlight of our week long stay in Bright. Highly recommend!!
