I found a Gluten-Free treat at Yves' Prime Cut Meats from the Eloosive Moose Bakery. It was delicious! I can't wait to try some others! 😃 You gotta check it out. Sorry, I didn't get a chance to take a picture... Maybe next time.

Needed a cake very last minute and Stacy was a delight to work with and made it happen in very short time. Fair pricing and constant communication during the entire process, and even afterwards! The carrot cake was amazing and very much enjoyed by the anniversary couple and the rest of the family. The gluten free macaroons and Graham raisin tart are also delicious. Will definitely be back next time we are up to sample more of the menu. Try the cinnamon rolls at Yves, you won't be disappointed. Thanks for making the anniversary a success Stacy, you're the best!!!
