Elvira's Mexican Grill

We went on a double-date for Valentine's Day! It was wonderful, the staff are warm & welcoming, clearly there are regulars who frequent, but everyone is made to feel special about their experience. We ordered a Ranch Water & blended Mango House Margarita for our group and a Table-Side guacamole. The chips are addictive. Crunchy, not soggy, freshly made, and salted to perfection (we easily devoured 4 baskets). We had a gluten-free vegan member of our party who was able to substitute protein for veg & corn instead of flour tortillas. The enchiladas Pollo con Mole was my dish. Super filling, spot on flavors, and possible (although not desired) to share. We ended the night with homemade Flan. I have never tasted such delicate yet creamy and firm custard in my life! Well done, Elvira's for making our joyous night out a wonderful celebration of Love!
