Ember Fort Myers

We ordered and thoroughly enjoyed Feast A, ala carte Prawns, Edamame, the salad/soup/banchan, Bingsu, Soju and beer (of course!), and Makgeolli. Such a unique meal experience. Service was fantastic (thanks Miranda!). I am Celiac and Miranda was very knowledgeable about what I could have and not. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I always wait for my 2nd visit to make a review. First time can always be a fluke. 2nd time though tonight may even have been better than the first. Luckily we got the best waiter again. Scott is amazing. Been there since practically day 1. He cooked the first time for us, we tried this time with him helicoptering us and helping. You're lucky if you get him for your first time!! Chris(co-owner I believe or owner) remembered us from the first time 6 weeks ago the minute we walked in. Stops by throughout the meal to check on us, not overbearing either. Just a great experience for a family of 5 from Jacksonville. Will come back here anytime we are visiting our kids at college. See y'all next time!!! P.S. Forgot the most important part!! My wife's diet has recently had to change to Gluten Free. For y'all that don't know, it sucks trying to find food for her. This place was telling her exactly what she needs to avoid there. Same with our middle son who has a shellfish allergy. They told him not to eat one of the dips for the meat. We really appreciate that. Love places like this that aren't ruined by becoming a chain. Family owned single restaurant that actually cares about customer service. So rare in 2022.
